STEP 1 Discussion on the Design

Bring us your design vision or inspiration. We welcome input in any form – whether it's a simple picture or sketch, an existing sample, or even a reference from our own collection.

STEP 2 Search for Textiles andGarment Accessories

Based on your design or needs, we will search for and send you textile swatches and garment accessory samples for your selection.

STEP 3 Sampling Process

Following your material selections, we will consult with you regarding any necessary adjustments to your design's size or style. Then, our expert team will begin meticulous patternmaking and create your counter sample, bringing your design concept to form.

STEP 4 Quotation

Once patternmaking and initial sampling are complete, we will provide you with a detailed quotation. Should the quote fall outside your budget, we are ready to collaboratively explore cost-saving alternatives, including selecting different materials or adjusting manufacturing techniques.

STEP 5 Confirmation of Production

Following your review of the quotation and sample, you confirm the production order. Simply sign the quotation and return it to us, along with the required 30% down payment, to initiate bulk manufacturing.

STEP 6 Accessories

Garment Accessories If you have your own custom-made accessories such as trademark labels, care labels, hang tags, or packing materials, please provide them to us. We will integrate these components seamlessly into your garment's production and packaging.

STEP 7 Bulk

Production Once the approved sample, necessary materials, and down payment are received, we initiate bulk production. The manufacturing process typically takes around 25 to 30 days to complete.

STEP 8 Shipment of Goods

After receiving the final payment, we arrange for the shipment of your completed order. We offer both air freight (typically 7-10 days transit) and sea freight (typically 30-40 days transit), depending on your destination. Your order is inspected before shipment, and we will address any manufacturing defects upon arrival.

Please provide the below information if you would like to get a quotation from us:

1.Estimated total quantity (please inform us if there are multiple colors or sizes)
2. Quality of the product (standard / excellent / premium)
3. Preferred textile type (or we can also mail sample textiles to your company for your selection, and we can provide you our quotation thereafter)
4. Photos of the details of your sample or design drafts indicating your desired sewing and stitching method (the fineness of the sewing and stitching methods will affect the price of the products)
